On April 23, the general contract of China nengjian East China Construction Investment Jinzhai Modern Industrial Park (precision poverty alleviation) PPP project was officially signed.

The social investor of the PPP project of Jinzhai Modern Industrial Park (targeted poverty alleviation) is a consortium composed of China energy construction east construction investment, East China Construction Investment Anhui Power Construction Second Company and Dongxu Construction Group Co., Ltd. Anhui Power Construction Second Company and Dongxu Construction Group Co., Ltd. are jointly used as the general contractor of the project. Jinzhai housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau is authorized by Jinzhai County People's government to implement the project.

Jinzhai modern industrial park home entrepreneurship Demonstration Park (targeted poverty alleviation) PPP project is located in Jinzhai modern industrial park, Lu'an City, Anhui Province. The project cooperation period is 12 years, including 2 years of construction and 10 years of operation. The project covers a total area of 1101.37 mu, including 5 industrial parks such as OLED lighting industrial park.

It is reported that the implementation of the project aims to encourage and guide social capital to participate in the construction and operation of infrastructure and public utilities, further innovate the investment and financing system, and improve the operation and maintenance performance and level of local infrastructure. It is also a powerful measure to respond to "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and support home entrepreneurship. The construction of the PPP project has very important social benefits and political significance for solving the employment of the poor population in the old revolutionary base areas, realizing the targeted poverty alleviation goals, and helping the old revolutionary areas get rid of poverty as soon as possible.
